Thank you for shopping with The Good Ra’ah. Each order is packaged with care and purpose to ensure your piece arrives safely and represents the message behind it.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your purchase is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. after your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or holidays.

Local Pickup (if applicable)
If you attend our church or live nearby, local pickup may be available. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and you’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options will be available soon.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us at Thegoodraah@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your package so we can make it right.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
