Return & Exchange Policy

At The Good Ra’ah, every piece is created to inspire and share God’s message but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly assist you in finding the right fit or item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and custom production, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
